About Us

Peter is a business attorney with a broad range of experience in the business law, commercial law, and corporate law spaces.  He began his career on Wall Street as a business analyst in IT and Operations roles, first at Deutsche Bank and later at a fund of hedge funds, PlusFunds Group, Inc.  Peter served as legal counsel to a security broker-dealer and software company, Investment Technology Group Inc., where his practice encompassed a broad range of subject matter, including product counseling, intellectual property, strategic and commercial transactions, compliance, SEC reporting, privacy, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.  Peter then served as legal counsel to Tanium Inc., a cybersecurity and IT systems management enterprise software company, where he oversaw strategic technology and commercial partnerships as well as real estate and other transactional matters.  Peter’s current areas of practice include business law, commercial law, IT law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
